Inner Cicle Program

Does the idea of exercising in a gym by yourself sound daunting? Perhaps you've tried it before and you didn't stick at it?

Who is it for?

Both women and men, typically 30-60 years of age, beginners, people who are looking to lose weight and improve their health, fitness and energy. We are not looking for fit people.

Our Inner Circle Program is not a typical gym membership. Instead, it is an appointment based Coaching Program which will ease you into exercise, specifically catered to you.

What to expect?

As well as an unlimited amount of Personal Fitness Appointments, you will also be assigned your very own Accountability Coach who will see you for an initial consultation, then a reveiw every 4-weeks to track your progress and keep you on target.

Now, you WILL see and feel results after 30-days, however the first 30-days are really about laying the foundations, ease you in, educate you on exercise, nutrition, goal setting and the importance of building healthy habits. Then should you choose to stay, we can up the intensity and remain consistent, producing long lasting results.

  • Appointment based, Instructor led Small Group Personal Training Sessions

  • 30 Minute Duration

  • Up to 50 Weekly Available Time Slots to Choose From

  • Groups Capped at 10 Participants Per Session (Average 4-5)

  • Exercises are Catered Around Your Specific Needs

What else is included?

  • Monthly 1-on-1 Consultation with your very own assigned Accountability Coach for Goal Setting, Progress Reviews and Nutritional Advice

  • Private Inner Circle Members Facebook Community - Weekly Challenges, Recipies, Bonus Workouts and more

  • Advice on Building Healthy Habits, Setting Realistic Goals, Nutrition and Food Diaries

  • Plus access to our Gym Facilities should wish to stay after your Fitness Appointments to cool down and stretch off
